Graduation Day 2024
Yuvabharathi Nursery School held the Graduation Day of the outgoing grade KG2 students (Class of 2024) on the 20th of March, 2024. Mrs Rama Rajasekaran, the esteemed Director of Ganga Hospital, presided as Chief Guest and delivered the special address.
Carnival, Pre-KG's Annual Day
Yuvabharathi Nursery School celebrated "Carnival", Pre-KG's Annual Day, on the 29th of February and the 1st of March 2024. Echoing the festive spirit of a Carnival, the school metamorphosed into a wonderland of colours.
Sports Day 2024
Our Annual Sports Day was conducted on the 23rd of February 2024 at Yuva Enclave. Ms Geetha Jayachandran, the Principal of Yuvabharathi Public School, ceremoniously released the balloons, signifying the commencement of the Sports Day event.
Annual Day - Nourish to Flourish
Annual Day is a fantastic opportunity for children to unleash their creativity, exhibit their talents, and make memories that will last a lifetime! The KG 1 annual day, with the theme ' Nourish to Flourish' and a focus on food, exercise, and hygiene, was held on January 23rd and 24th, 2024.
Pongal 2024
The Pongal celebration brought a festive spirit to Yuvabharathi Nursery School, with our little ones dressed in traditional attire, reflecting our rich culture. The place looked beautiful, with vibrant kolams, pots, and a cute model cow in a cowshed! The kids learnt the day's significance by thanking the Sun, mother nature, farm animals, and the farmers who give us bountiful harvests.
Fun with Fireless Cooking
Kitchen as Classroom creates a great platform for multisensory experiential learning. Cooking engages children on an instinctive level; the aromas, sounds, sights, textures, and flavours stimulate their senses and intellect.
Christmas Celebration
Yuvabharathi Nursery School celebrated Christmas with their little students, all dressed in red and filled with joy and love. The nativity scene helped the children understand the true meaning of Christmas in a beautiful way.
Annual Day-Seasons
Grade KG2 celebrated Annual Day, themed on 'Seasons - a celebration of nature's brilliance', on the 20th and 21st of December 2023. From captivating speeches to mesmerising dances and soulful songs, the journey through the seasons showcased a talented ensemble of confident speakers, dancers and singers.
Umbrella Day
Children are forever fascinated by anything different in a school day routine. The ‘Umbrella Day’, observed on the 8th of December 2023 for Grade K1, was a delightful experience. Various activities were undertaken to explore the theme of umbrellas, including dancing with umbrellas, observing the spectrum of colours created by an array of umbrellas, and posing with umbrellas.
Project Day: Nature
'Nurture nature'—a day devoted to creating awareness about nature's beauty, intricacy, and fragility—was observed on the 17th of November, 2023, by the students of Grade K2. The guided tour of a farm served as the ideal prelude to the day and created a connection between every child and the natural world around them.
Children’s Day 2023
On Children's Day, celebrated on November 14, 2023, Yuvabharathi Nursery School once again demonstrated its dedication to fostering the all-round development of its students.
Diwali Celebration
Diwali, the festival of lights, was brought to life by our Pre-KG students on the 10th of November, 2023. The festive decor of the campus was an ideal background for our fantastic little performers.
Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, 2023
Celebration of festivals is a great way to teach children about the significance of cultural traditions and values. Ganesh Chaturthi, celebrated on the 15th of September,2023, fostered cultural appreciation and taught social awareness beyond textbooks.
Yuvabharathi's Transport Expo 2023
Yuvabharathi implements Project-based learning (PBL), an educational method in which students engage in a topic to discover more and reflect on it. The students of Grade K1 held a presentation on 'Transport' on the 12th of October, 2023.
Grandparents' Day
Grandparents' Day, celebrated on October 20th, '23, was a special occasion highlighting the cherished connection between the older and younger generations.
Independence Day Celebrations, 2023
Independence Day reminds us of the dawn of a new beginning, the beginning of an era of deliverance. The 77th Independence Day was celebrated in our school on the 15th of August 2023 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour.
Ethnic day 2023 – Aadiperukku
Aadiperukku, the South Indian Monsoon Festival, pays tribute to water's life-sustaining properties. Heralding the onset of the Monsoon, Aadiperukku, also known as Pathinettam perukku, is celebrated near the water bodies.
Colours Day
Almost everything that a child interacts with has some sort of colour. There is never a dull moment in the world of hues and shades. The colours that children are surrounded by, make their lives meaningful, interesting, and fun-filled.
