Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations

Celebration of festivals is a great way to teach children about the significance of cultural traditions and values. Ganesh Chaturthi, celebrated on the 15th of September,2023, fostered cultural appreciation and taught social awareness beyond textbooks. The programme was presided over by our Correspondent, Mr. Sanjeev Anand, and our Academic Advisor, Mrs. Meenakshi Vaidyanathan, and the children enjoyed every moment of the celebration.

During the programme, a demonstration was conducted to show how a clay statue of Lord Ganesha is immersed in water. By emphasizing this shift, we not only maintain the essence of the festival but also do our bit for the environment. This gesture aimed to help our children make informed choices to celebrate the festivals in an eco-friendly manner. A little drop makes a mighty ocean. A little thought makes a huge difference!
